InkFrog is shutting down on June 1, 2026. If you've been using it to manage your eBay listings, you need to move to a new platform before that deadline. This guide walks you through migrating from InkFrog to Voolist step by step, so you can pick up right where you left off without losing any of your listing data.
Voolist is a cross-listing and inventory management platform that supports eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. It covers everything InkFrog offered and gives you the ability to sell across more platforms from a single dashboard.
Deadline reminder: InkFrog shuts down permanently on June 1, 2026. We recommend completing
your migration well before May 31 so you have time to verify everything transferred correctly.
Before You Start: What You'll Need
Before beginning the migration, make sure you have the following ready:
- An active eBay account with your current listings still live. Voolist imports directly from eBay, so your listings need to be active on eBay (not just in InkFrog).
- About 10 to 15 minutes. The process itself is quick. Most of the time is spent waiting for listings to import, which happens automatically in the background.
- Your InkFrog CSV export (recommended backup). If you've exported your listings from InkFrog as CSV, keep that file ready. Voolist can import InkFrog CSV files directly in a couple of clicks. This is the fastest path for listings that aren't currently active on eBay.
Step 1: Create Your Voolist Account
Head to app.voolist.com/auth/register and create your account with your email and password.
During checkout, you'll be asked to select a plan. Here's a quick breakdown:
| Plan | Price | Active Listings | Best For |
|---|
| Starter | $14.99/mo | 200 | Casual sellers, testing the platform |
| Pro | $19.99/mo | 500 | Growing sellers, most InkFrog users |
| Power | $49.99/mo | 2,000+ | High-volume sellers, multi-store |
All plans include every feature: cross-listing, inventory sync, AI descriptions, bulk operations, delist/relist, and the unified dashboard. The only difference between plans is the number of active listings.

Step 2: Connect Your eBay Account
Once you're inside your Voolist dashboard, the first thing to do is connect your eBay account.
- Go to My Stores in the app.
- Click Connect eBay.
- You'll be redirected to eBay's official OAuth authorization page. This is the same secure process that eBay uses for all third-party tools. Your eBay password is never shared with Voolist.
- Click Authorize on the eBay page.
- You'll be redirected back to Voolist with your eBay account now connected.
This takes less than a minute. Once connected, Voolist can access your active eBay listings for import.
Your eBay account stays safe. Voolist uses only eBay's official API through OAuth. Your seller
metrics, feedback score, and account standing are not affected by connecting to Voolist.
Step 3: Import Your eBay Listings
This is the core of the migration. Instead of manually recreating every listing, Voolist pulls your existing eBay listings directly.
- Go to the Inventory section in your Voolist dashboard.
- Click the Import button.
- Select eBay as the source platform.
- Choose which listings to import, or select all.
- Click Import and let Voolist do the work.
Voolist automatically pulls in:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Prices and quantities
- Product photos
- Categories and item specifics
- Variations (size, color, etc.)
The import runs in the background. Depending on how many listings you have, it can take anywhere from a few seconds (for a small catalog) to several minutes (for hundreds or thousands of listings). You can continue using the app while it runs.
Direct InkFrog CSV Import
If you've already exported your InkFrog data as a CSV file, you can import it directly into Voolist. Upload the file, map the columns to Voolist's fields, and your listings are imported in a couple of clicks. This is the fastest path for listings that were stored in InkFrog but aren't currently active on eBay.
Between one-click eBay import and direct InkFrog CSV upload, every listing you had in InkFrog has a clear path into Voolist. Use whichever method fits your situation, or use both.
Step 4: Review Your Imported Listings
After the import finishes, head back to your Inventory section. You'll see all your imported listings in the Voolist dashboard.
Take a few minutes to spot-check:
- Titles and descriptions. Make sure they came through correctly.
- Pricing. Verify that prices match what you had on eBay.
- Photos. Confirm your product images are displaying properly.
- Quantities. Check that stock counts are accurate.
If anything needs adjusting, you can edit individual listings or use bulk edit to update multiple listings at once.
Your images are safe. When InkFrog shuts down, any photos hosted on their servers will be
lost. Voolist hosts all your product images for free as part of every plan. Whether you import
from eBay or upload via CSV, your photos are copied to Voolist's servers automatically.
Step 5: Connect Additional Platforms (Optional but Recommended)
This is where Voolist takes you beyond what InkFrog offered. With your eBay listings now in Voolist, you can publish them to up to 6 additional marketplaces.
Go back to My Stores and connect any platforms you want to sell on:
- Poshmark (great for clothing, shoes, accessories)
- Depop (popular with younger buyers, vintage and streetwear)
- Etsy (handmade, vintage, and unique items)
- Shopify (your own online store)
- WooCommerce (self-hosted ecommerce)
- BigCommerce (enterprise ecommerce)
Each platform connection uses the same OAuth process as eBay. Click connect, authorize on the platform's page, and you're linked in about 30 seconds per platform.
You don't have to connect all of them. Start with the platforms where your products are most likely to sell. If you're not sure, Poshmark and Etsy are popular choices for sellers coming from eBay-only tools.
Step 6: Cross-List Your Inventory
Now that your platforms are connected and your listings are imported, you can start cross-listing.
- Go to your Inventory section.
- Select the listings you want to publish on other platforms. You can select them individually or use bulk selection.
- Choose which platforms to cross-list to.
- Click Cross-List.
Your listings go live on the selected platforms. Imported listings are ready to cross-list right away with no extra configuration needed.
If you want to customize details for specific platforms (for example, adjusting the title for Poshmark or changing the price for Depop), you can do that before publishing. But it's not required.
Bulk Cross-Listing
If you have a large inventory, use bulk cross-listing to publish hundreds of listings to multiple platforms at the same time. Select your listings, choose the target platforms, and hit publish. Voolist processes everything in the background and shows you a progress indicator.
Step 7: Verify Inventory Sync Is Active
One of InkFrog's key features was inventory synchronization between platforms. Voolist handles this automatically.
Once your listings are cross-listed to multiple platforms, inventory sync is active by default. Here's what it does:
- When an item sells on one platform, Voolist automatically updates the quantity on all other connected platforms.
- When stock hits zero, the listing is automatically delisted everywhere to prevent overselling.
- Sync happens in real time, within seconds of a sale being detected.
You don't need to configure anything. Inventory sync runs 24/7 in the background. There's no need to keep your computer on or have the app open.
To verify it's working, you can check the sync status in your dashboard. Each listing shows which platforms it's active on and the current quantity across all of them.

What Happens to Your InkFrog Data After June 1?
After June 1, 2026, InkFrog's service shuts down completely. Any data still in InkFrog — including listings, HTML templates, template-hosted images, and seller profiles — will no longer be accessible. If your live eBay listings use InkFrog's HTML templates, those listings will display broken images, collapsed layouts, and raw HTML code to buyers, because the CSS and design assets were hosted on InkFrog's servers. That's why it's important to either:
- Import your listings into Voolist from eBay (recommended, fastest path)
- Export your InkFrog data as CSV before May 31 as a backup
If your listings are currently active on eBay, you don't need to worry about losing data. Voolist imports everything directly from eBay, so InkFrog's shutdown won't affect the migration.
If you have listings that existed only in InkFrog (not published to eBay), you'll want to export those as CSV from InkFrog before the deadline and then import the CSV into Voolist.
Tips for a Smooth Migration
Start early. Don't wait until the last week. Give yourself time to import, review, and test everything before the June 1 deadline.
Connect eBay first, other platforms second. Get your eBay listings imported and verified before you start connecting additional marketplaces. This keeps things simple and lets you focus on one step at a time.
Use the AI Writing Assistant. If you want to improve your listing descriptions during the migration, Voolist's AI Writing Assistant can generate optimized titles and descriptions from your product photos. It's included in all plans and can save hours if you're updating listings for new platforms.
Bring your InkFrog templates to Voolist. If you relied on InkFrog's HTML templates, those will break when InkFrog shuts down — but you don't have to lose them. Voolist has a built-in template manager where you can paste your existing HTML templates from InkFrog and keep using them exactly as they are. Before May 31, copy the HTML code from each InkFrog template you want to keep. In Voolist, go to the template manager, create a new template, paste the HTML, and save it. You can apply it to any listing going forward. You can also create and manage new templates from scratch. For more details, see our guide on how to move your InkFrog templates to Voolist.
Take advantage of delist/relist. Marketplace algorithms favor fresh listings. After migrating, use Voolist's delist and relist feature to refresh your listings and boost their visibility in search results.
Reach out if you need help. If you run into any issues during migration, Voolist's support team is available via live chat and email. You don't have to figure this out on your own.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the migration take?
The technical process takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Creating your account and connecting eBay takes a minute or two. The listing import runs automatically and takes a few seconds to a few minutes depending on catalog size. Reviewing your listings and connecting additional platforms adds a few more minutes.
Do I need to keep InkFrog active during migration?
No. Voolist imports your listings directly from eBay, not from InkFrog. As long as your listings are active on eBay, the migration works regardless of your InkFrog account status.
Will my eBay listings be affected during migration?
No. Importing listings into Voolist is a read-only process for your eBay account. Your active listings, seller metrics, and feedback score are not affected in any way.
Can I import listings from platforms other than eBay?
Yes. Voolist supports one-click import from Poshmark, Depop, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. If you're selling on multiple platforms, you can import from all of them.
What if I have more listings than my plan allows?
If your catalog exceeds your plan's default listing limit (200 for Starter, 500 for Pro, 2,000 for Power), you can upgrade your listing capacity directly from the app. Voolist supports sellers with 50,000+ active listings — there's no hard ceiling. You can also select which listings to import first and add more later.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Voolist offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you migrate and decide it's not the right fit, you can get a full refund within 14 days.
Can I use Voolist if I only sell on eBay?
Absolutely. You can use Voolist purely as an eBay listing and inventory management tool. The cross-listing features are there when you're ready to expand, but they're not required.
Where do I enter the INKFROG25 promo code?
Enter the code INKFROG25 during checkout when selecting your plan. The 25% discount applies automatically to your first 3 billing cycles.
Can I import my InkFrog CSV export directly?
Yes. Export your listings from InkFrog as CSV before May 31, then upload the file into Voolist. Map the columns and your listings are imported in a couple of clicks. This is especially useful for listings that were in InkFrog but not currently active on eBay.
What happens to my product images after InkFrog shuts down?
Images hosted on InkFrog's servers will no longer be accessible after June 1, 2026. When you import your listings into Voolist (from eBay or via CSV), all product photos are copied and hosted for free on Voolist's servers. No separate image hosting needed.
I have 10,000+ listings. Can Voolist handle that?
Yes. While the Power plan starts at 2,000 active listings, you can increase your capacity directly from the app. Voolist is built to handle large inventories — sellers with 20,000+ listings use the platform without performance issues.
What about my InkFrog HTML templates?
InkFrog's HTML listing templates will stop working after June 1, 2026 because the design assets are hosted on InkFrog's servers. But you can bring them to Voolist. Voolist has a built-in template manager where you can paste your existing InkFrog HTML templates and keep using them exactly as they are. Copy the HTML from InkFrog before May 31, add it into Voolist, and your listing design stays the same. You can also create and manage new templates. Unlimited templates included in every plan. See our full guide on how to move your InkFrog templates.
The InkFrog shutdown doesn't have to be stressful. With Voolist, you can migrate your entire eBay catalog in minutes and immediately start selling across more platforms than InkFrog ever supported. over 1600 sellers already use Voolist, and the migration process is designed to be fast and straightforward.
