What happens when InkFrog shuts down?
InkFrog officially shuts down on June 1, 2026. After that date, you will lose access to your InkFrog dashboard, any listings stored exclusively in InkFrog, and all product images hosted on their servers. Your eBay listings themselves remain active on eBay, but the management layer that InkFrog provided will be gone.
That means you need to act before the deadline. Export your InkFrog data as a CSV file while you still can, and move to a platform that gives you the same capabilities — and ideally, more. The good news is that migrating to Voolist takes about 10 minutes, and your data is preserved in full.
What you should do before May 31
- Export your InkFrog listings as CSV. Go to your InkFrog dashboard and download your data. This gives you a backup file that Voolist can import directly.
- Save any InkFrog templates or custom designs. These will not be accessible after shutdown. Screenshot or export anything you want to reference later.
- Sign up for Voolist and import your listings. You can import from your eBay account with one click, or upload your InkFrog CSV directly. Either way, all your product data — titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and item specifics — is preserved.
- Verify your images are hosted on Voolist. Once your listings are imported, all your product photos are stored on Voolist's servers for free. Even if InkFrog's image servers go offline, your images are safe.
