Our pick for the best cross listing app in the UK is Voolist. It lists to eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed, plus your own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store, from one form, with every feature on every plan from $19.99 a month. When you make a sale, Voolist removes the listing on all other platforms within seconds.

One honest note before we start: Voolist doesn't list to Vinted yet. Mercari, TikTok Shop and Vinted are coming soon. Below, you'll see the five crosslisting apps UK sellers can use today, what each one really costs, which one is cheapest for auto-delist, what UK marketplaces charge in pounds, and how to handle Vinted in the meantime.

    Quick verdict
Voolist is our pick for most UK resellers: eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed plus your own store, every feature on every plan from $19.99 a month, and sold items off your other platforms in seconds. Vinted isn't connected yet: Mercari, TikTok Shop and Vinted are coming soon.
    Choose Voolist if
You sell on eBay UK, Depop or Etsy, or through your own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store
You want designer and live-selling buyers too: Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed are on every plan
You want auto-delist, AI listings and bulk tools on every plan from $19.99 a month, with no add-ons
You want to list in pounds and keep stock in sync without checking every app yourself
You want 14 days to test it with your real listings, and a full refund if it's not for you
Another app may suit you if
You need Facebook Marketplace (Vendoo's UK version and Zipsale connect it)
You want a free plan for a handful of items a month (Vendoo's UK plans include one)
You want a native phone app (Crosslist has iOS and Android apps)

What Is a Cross Listing App?

A cross listing app (or crosslister) lets you create a listing once and publish it to several selling sites, such as eBay UK, Depop and Etsy, instead of typing it out on each one. The good ones also keep your stock in sync: when an item sells on one site, they take it down everywhere else, so you don't sell the same item twice.

New to it? Our guide on how to cross list walks you through it step by step.

Which Cross Listing Apps Work in the UK?

UK sellers can choose from five main crosslisting apps: Voolist, Crosslist, Vendoo, SellerAider and Zipsale. Nifty also accepts UK sellers. List Perfectly is officially supported for US use only, and Flyp is only available in the US, so both are out if you sell from the UK.

Here's how the five compare on price, platforms and auto-delist, the feature that stops double sales.

The pattern is clear. Most UK options lock auto-delist to a pricier plan, charge extra for AI, or only catch some of your sales. Voolist puts every feature on every plan, and connects Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed as well as eBay UK, Depop, Etsy and your own store, with no add-ons. It's used by 2900+ resellers.

Which UK Platforms Does Voolist Connect?

Voolist connects eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed, plus your own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store. You list once, and each platform gets its own version of the listing, in pounds if you choose. eBay, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce connect directly. The rest connect through the free Voolist Chrome extension, on a computer.

Here's what each one brings you:

    • eBay UK: connect your ebay.co.uk account through eBay's official API, import your listings in one click, and send offers to your watchers automatically. From Pro, you can run two eBay stores from one login.
    • Depop: list to Depop from the same form as eBay, and Voolist maps your details to Depop's categories and sizes. Our Depop selling guide covers the rest.
    • Etsy: for vintage pieces, handmade items and craft supplies, connected through Etsy's official API.
    • Vestiaire Collective: designer and luxury buyers worldwide. Vestiaire reviews every listing before it goes live, and new listings go out a few minutes apart, up to 10 a day per account. Here's how to sell on Vestiaire Collective.
    • Whatnot: sellers in Great Britain and Northern Ireland can apply to sell on Whatnot, and Voolist lists to your Whatnot shop and the Marketplace. See how to sell on Whatnot.
    • Grailed: designer and streetwear buyers, and Grailed accepts sellers who live outside the US. Our Grailed guide explains how it works.
    • Your own store: Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce work wherever you sell from, and Voolist keeps your store's stock in sync with your marketplaces.

Is There a Cross Listing App That Includes Vinted?

Not in Voolist yet. Mercari, TikTok Shop and Vinted are coming soon. Until then, Voolist doesn't post to Vinted or see your Vinted sales. Among other UK apps, Crosslist no longer offers Vinted to new customers, and Zipsale includes Vinted for single-quantity items.

So if Vinted is one of your platforms, here's a setup that works today:

    1. List everything once in Voolist and send it to eBay UK, Depop, Etsy and your other platforms in one go.
    2. Keep listing your Vinted pieces on Vinted, as you do now. Our Vinted fees guide and how to sell on Vinted cover the platform itself.
    3. When something sells on Vinted, mark it as sold in Voolist. It comes off your other platforms, so the same item can't sell twice.

Is There a Free Cross Listing App in the UK?

Not one that stays free with every feature. Vendoo's UK site has a free plan for 5 items a month, Zipsale has a free plan without auto-delist, and SellerAider has a 14-day free trial. Flyp is free for 100 days, but it's only available in the US. Voolist starts at $19.99 a month with every feature, backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

What "free" gets you in the UK:

AppFree plan, trial or guaranteeWhat to know
Voolist14-day money-back guarantee, no questions askedEvery feature from day one, from $19.99/month
Vendoo (UK)Free plan for 5 items a monthSale detection covers eBay, Depop and Whatnot only, in beta
SellerAider14-day free trial, no card neededAutomatic delisting needs Crosslister Pro, $29.99/month
ZipsaleFree plan, or credits from £0.18 an item + VATNo auto-delist on the free plan; single-quantity items only
Crosslist3-day money-back guarantee on your first purchaseOnly if you have created fewer than 20 listings

How Do You Avoid Selling the Same Item Twice?

Use a cross listing app with auto-delist, so a sold item comes down everywhere else before a second buyer can pay. When you make a sale, Voolist removes the listing on all other platforms within seconds. That's on every plan, from $19.99 a month. A sale on Whatnot, Grailed or Vestiaire Collective takes the item off your other platforms too.

On eBay UK, a double sale also hurts your account: cancelling an order because the item was out of stock or already sold to someone else counts as a defect against your seller standards.

Everything runs in the background, even with your laptop closed. On platforms that connect through our Chrome extension, updates go out as soon as you open your browser.

Say a vintage wax jacket sells on eBay UK at 11 p.m., after you've gone to bed. Voolist's inventory sync takes it off your Etsy shop and your Shopify store in seconds. You wake up to a sale, not a second buyer waiting for the same jacket.

Here's what UK sellers get elsewhere:

    • Vendoo: in the UK, sale detection covers only eBay, Depop and Whatnot, still in beta. Your computer must be on for it to work, and it detects sales within 10 minutes. Voolist also detects Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce sales for UK sellers.
    • Crosslist: auto-delist only comes with Gold ($39.99 a month) and Diamond ($44.99), and sales are usually detected within 15 minutes.
    • SellerAider: automatic delisting only comes with Crosslister Pro, at $29.99 a month.
    • Zipsale: it's designed for single-quantity items only. Voolist handles multi-quantity items, so a stack of the same item stays in sync as each one sells.

One missed sale costs more than a subscription. If a sold item stays live on another platform, a second buyer can pay for it, and you're left with a cancelled order, a refund and an unhappy buyer. Our guide on how to avoid overselling shows what a double sale can do to your seller account.

How Much Does a Cross Listing App Cost in the UK?

Voolist costs $19.99 a month on Starter, $29.99 on Pro and $49.99 on Power, and every plan includes every feature. Pay yearly and you get two months free, so Starter works out at $16.70 a month. Plans are priced in US dollars on the site, and inside Voolist you choose your currency in your account settings and on each listing, so you can list in pounds.

    StarterProPower
    Monthly$19.99$29.99$49.99
    Yearly (per month)$16.70$25$41.70
What's includedEvery featureEvery feature, plus two accounts on one platformEverything in Pro, plus priority support

Bigger plans just give you more room. There are no feature locks and no add-ons, so auto-delist, AI listings, bulk cross-listing and CSV import are all on Starter.

Here's the cheapest way to get auto-delist on each app:

AppCheapest plan with auto-delistGood to know
VoolistStarter, $19.99/monthAI listings included; every feature on every plan
CrosslistGold, $39.99/monthAI costs $4.99/month more, so $44.98; Bronze ($29.99) and Silver ($34.99) have no auto-delist

ZipsaleSubscription, from £15/month + VATDepop and Vinted automation add-ons from £10/month + VAT

So auto-delist plus AI on Crosslist costs $44.98 a month, against $19.99 for Voolist Starter. Our Crosslist alternatives guide lists every Crosslist plan, and our Vendoo vs Crosslist comparison puts those two side by side.

Every Voolist plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The Voolist pricing page has the details.

What Do eBay UK, Depop, Etsy and Vestiaire Charge UK Sellers?

eBay UK charges most private sellers no selling fee, and Depop charges UK sellers no selling fee, only 2.9% + £0.30 payment processing. Etsy takes a 6.5% transaction fee plus 4% + £0.20 processing, and Vestiaire Collective takes 12% plus 3% processing from £83, or a flat £13 below that.

Depop, Etsy and eBay business seller fees also apply to the postage the buyer pays, and Etsy adds its $0.20 listing fee.

So everyday pieces do best on eBay UK and Depop, and Vestiaire makes sense for designer pieces worth £100 or more. Cross-listing lets each item sit where it sells best, without you typing it out three times.

You can check the current rates on eBay's private seller fees, Buyer Protection fee and business seller fees pages, Depop's seller fees page, Etsy's fees policy and regulatory operating fee, and Vestiaire's selling fees page. For every platform side by side, see our marketplace fees comparison.

What Do You Get on Every Voolist Plan?

Every feature, on every plan. Plans only differ in how many listings, drafts, AI credits and accounts per platform you get.

    • Bulk cross-listing: select your listings, add any missing details in one short step, and publish. They go live on every platform you picked, in the background.
    • Bulk edits: reprice by a percentage, run a discount, edit titles, or add labels and tags, and every platform updates.
    • Field mapping: write your details once. Pick "T-shirt" once, and Depop and eBay get their matching category and fields.
    • Edit once, live everywhere: change a price or fix a typo, and the live listing updates on every platform, with no delist or relist.
    • A different price, title and description per platform on any listing, from one form.
    • Your currency: choose it in your account settings and on each listing, so you can list in pounds.
    • AI listing assistant: it writes the full listing from your photos, at one credit per listing, with monthly credits on every plan.
    • One-click import from every platform you connect, plus CSV import.
    • Scheduled listings, templates, duplicate detection, multi-quantity items, free data export, and live chat and email support.
    • Two accounts on one platform from Pro, like two eBay stores or two Shopify stores.
    • Cross-listing from your phone's browser to eBay, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce. The platforms that connect through the Chrome extension are done from a computer.

"Voolist has honestly saved me so much time every week. What used to take hours now just takes a few clicks. The support team is also incredible, every time I've had a question, they've responded quickly and really made me feel valued."

Do Selling Apps Report Your Sales to HMRC?

Yes, once you pass a threshold. Since 1 January 2024, online platforms in the UK report sellers' details and income to HMRC. Your details won't be reported if you make fewer than 30 sales of goods in a calendar year and receive less than 2,000 euros (about £1,700) for those sales.

A few facts worth knowing, from HMRC's guidance for online sellers:

    • Each platform reports the income you make from selling on it.
    • Platforms may ask you for details such as your date of birth and National Insurance number.
    • HMRC says a platform reporting your details doesn't automatically mean you owe tax.

eBay, for example, reports UK sellers who complete 30 or more sales, or sell £1,707 or more, in a calendar year.

Being reported isn't the same as owing tax. HMRC says you probably don't pay Income Tax on personal possessions you sell, while goods you buy to resell for a profit are generally treated as trading. If your trading income is more than the £1,000 trading allowance in a tax year (6 April to 5 April), you need to tell HMRC. Its online platforms checker explains the rest.

Cross-listing doesn't change any of this. It just puts the same item in front of more buyers.

How Do You Switch to Voolist From Another App?

Switching is easy, because your listings live on each marketplace, not inside your old app. Voolist brings them in with one-click import, so there's nothing to export and nothing to retype.

    1. Connect your platforms. eBay, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce connect directly. The rest connect through the free Voolist Chrome extension.
    2. Import your listings in one click from each platform, or upload a CSV file.
    3. Merge duplicates. If the same item comes in from eBay UK and Depop, duplicate detection spots it so you can merge the two.
    4. Cross-list to the platforms you're not on yet, in bulk.

The 14-day money-back guarantee covers you while you check everything with your real listings.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best cross listing app in the UK?

For most UK resellers, our pick is Voolist. It lists to eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed, plus your own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store, with every feature on every plan from $19.99 a month. When you make a sale, Voolist removes the listing on all other platforms within seconds.

Is crosslisting worth it for UK sellers?

For most sellers on two or more platforms, yes. Say retyping a listing takes 5 minutes per extra platform. List 10 items a week on 3 extra platforms and that's 150 minutes a week, or about 10 hours a month. At £12 an hour, that's £120 of your time, against $19.99 a month for Voolist Starter.

How much does Crosslist cost in the UK?

Crosslist's plans are Bronze at $29.99 a month, Silver at $34.99, Gold at $39.99 and Diamond at $44.99, and AI costs $4.99 a month extra on each. Auto-delist only comes with Gold and Diamond. Voolist Starter includes auto-delist and AI for $19.99 a month.

Is Vendoo or Crosslist better for UK sellers?

Both have catches in the UK. Vendoo's UK sale detection covers only eBay, Depop and Whatnot, still in beta, and Crosslist's auto-delist needs its $39.99 Gold plan. On Voolist, when you make a sale, the listing comes off all your other platforms within seconds, on every plan from $19.99 a month.

Does Voolist work with eBay UK and Depop?

Yes. You connect your eBay UK account through eBay's official API, and Depop connects through the free Voolist Chrome extension on a computer. You can import your listings from both in one click, list to both from one form, and Voolist keeps your stock in sync between them.

Is there a cross listing app for iPhone or Android?

Voolist has no native app, but you can do a full cross-list from your phone's browser to eBay, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, then put your phone away while it finishes in the background. The platforms that connect through the Chrome extension are done from a computer. Crosslist has iOS and Android apps.

Can I list in pounds with Voolist?

Yes. You choose your currency in your account settings and on each listing, so UK sellers can list in pounds. Voolist's own plans are priced in US dollars on the site: $19.99 a month for Starter, $29.99 for Pro and $49.99 for Power, with two months free when you pay yearly.

Can you sell on Whatnot in the UK?

Yes. Sellers in Great Britain and Northern Ireland can apply to sell on Whatnot; Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man aren't included. Once you're approved, Voolist lists to your Whatnot shop and the Marketplace from the same form as eBay UK and Depop.

Can UK sellers sell on Grailed?

Yes. Grailed accepts sellers who live outside the US, and you choose your country when you set up your account. Voolist lists to Grailed from the same form as your other platforms, and a Grailed sale takes the item off your other platforms.

    Final Verdict

For most UK resellers, Voolist is the cross listing app to pick in 2026. It covers the UK platforms that matter for second-hand, vintage and designer sellers (eBay UK, Depop, Etsy, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot and Grailed), keeps your own Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store in sync, lets you list in pounds, and puts every feature on every plan from $19.99 a month. When you make a sale, Voolist removes the listing on all other platforms within seconds.

Vinted isn't connected yet, so keep listing there by hand and mark Vinted sales as sold in Voolist. Mercari, TikTok Shop and Vinted are coming soon.

Already using another app? Switching is easy. Connect your platforms, and one-click import brings in the listings you already have, backed by the 14-day money-back guarantee.
